Pros
Decent benefit and vacation package, but you have to put in years of service to get the full allotment.
Cons
Executive turnover happens once every few years, and each results in a change of direction for the company. While not necessarily a bad thing, little to no research is done as that what has or has not worked in the past. So after multiple executive turn overs, the company is again cycling work and projects hailing as the big new thing -- while the staff knows full well that this direction does not improve student retention nor does it work well with our client partnerships, because its already been attempted and failed miserably.
