      Education benefits, highest salaries for job description, facilities.

      Cons

      Ineffective senior leadership, ineffective processes and training, negative image, and greed have hampered what once may have been a good strategy to provide education to non traditional students. Constant threat of layoffs while CEO and others rake in excessive salaries.
