Salaries and growth potential. Once you hit a senior their is nowhere to move unless you become a manager. Lots of layoffs and more to come as Apollo becomes a support organization only and need for cost savings. Encourage employees to obtain higher level jobs in other departments if that's what employees want. IT management encourages employees but have not taken employees from finance departments because their management has discouraged transfers. It's sad that a manager would try and stop their employees job growth.

Such a sad ending.. I worked there for nearly 20 years and was there during it's hay day. It was wonderful. However, the decline was sad and painful. Management had no clue or any care. Broken promises of promotions and raises. For us old timers, new people were coming in with less experience but more pay. People were leaving like the building was on fire. Layoffs were weekly and employees dubbed Wednesdays as Layoff Wednesdays. Great engineers left, but poor management remained.
