Provided access to quality education to adults who needed flexible learning.

Cons

Senior leaders were myopic and arrogant. Very top down directive and compliant culture that stifled innovation and engagement. Too many top leaders had never worked anywhere else, so when times got tough they had few reference points to adapt.
