      Pros

      Those that remain after the massive layoffs over the past 6 years are still dedicated to educating working adults, in keeping with Dr. Sperling's original vision.

      Cons

      Higher Ed is not the best place to consider employment currently. AEG, given their desperate struggle to simple stay alive, wouldn't be the best choice for employment at this time.

      The front-line folks I worked with were some pretty sharp people. The management was phoning it in.

      Cons

      Management, Management and Management. Constant layoffs, no cohesive vision of the future of for profit education.
