This is basically a telemarketing job. 8 hours on the phone. No counseling involved, just trying to "sell".

Pros

Work from home; flexible schedule; nothing else to really add to the Pro column. They hire very few full time employees to teach.

Cons

They do not provide a consistent flow of work. The pay is low and support is not readily available. Nothing else to add to the con column. The company isn't bad, but it also isn't good....just a source of a little extra money.

Pros

Excellent vacation accrual and sick time. Employees can get a free education from University of Phoenix.

Cons

Poor leadership and dysfunctional structure of COEs. Company is under contract for buyout and movement towards long tern goals is stagnant. Bonuses haven't been reached in past 2 years and compensation is minimal.
