      Competitive salary and benefits, comfortable working conditions, high caliber technology and tools, talented, technical staff. Helpful back office staff and support teams.

      Company is in a downward trend and losing market share in its space, revenue and profits are declining rapidly, student/customer costs are too high, University of Phoenix is up for sale - likely to private equity firm(s). All this equals doing more with less for the current team.
