Pros

Large engineering team to work for. Fantastic engineering team. Very collaborative and talented. Overall good to work with people and good atmosphere.

Cons

Business has several challenges to turn the tide against the collapse of traditional For-Profit universities. Students often end-up in debt and drop out of the program. The company hasn't turned a profit for several years now. Not sure why they don't replace the CEO.
