You can work via telecommute in some divisions, such as the one I did. Just make your manager happy and the work will not be difficult.

Cons

It's a very large corporation within the education industry. Expect all of the bureaucracy associated with both colleges and large corporations. Don't expect your output to actually count for something, even if it's being asked for.

Pros

Good benefits and competitive starting pay. A very thorough training for position of four weeks. I felt very well prepared for the job.

Cons

Shift bid scheduling based on a lottery system fails to account for parental obligations. Being forced to work until 9pm when you have kids is incredibly difficult.
