      Great product, confused senior leadership that is not in touch with employees closest to customer ie students, employers

      Pros

      Virtual positions, good schools and instructors, competitive pay and well-known brand. Good positioning for future of global learning.

      Cons

      They reorg sometimes twice a year, switching strategy and positions, like laying off 192 people on a 5 min. phone call and then not communicating for weeks on end. Senior level management are sales people, most not in the human capital industry. They rely heavily on data and miss the forest for the trees when it comes to customer needs and wants.
