Cons

APPS (PE Operations) has changed under the new leader and not in a good way. Women and minorities are leaving the firm faster than they can hire them. Passive aggressive in general - people won't say what they are really thinking because they are afraid of the consequences.

Nothing. Empty promises after buying out our company

Cons

Promised they weren’t changing our company after they bought the company. 3 months later, major layoffs of people(first, the ones that used medical benefits) Seniority or specialties in their field didn’t matter. They cut over 10% so the board gets their huge end of year bonuses. They stripped the largest gaming company. And now the survivors have to do 3x the work. And when questioned, there is no answer.
