      Pros

      Decent product vision and some innovation in the GTM automation space. A few smart, driven colleagues remain on the IC level.

      Cons

      Leadership consistently hires friends lacking competence, reinforcing groupthink and poor judgment. Constant overreaction turns minor issues into crises, creating a tense and unstable environment.

      Pros

      The product is well loved in the market and the product roadmap seems to be forward thinking for a great all in one GTM solution.

      Cons

      High turnover due to micromanagement from senior leaders who lack a strategic plan. I have had four different leaders in 10 months. Sales leadership loves to blame others for their short comings but refuses to look at what they control. Leadership talking down to employees and a lack of trust in what people are producing. It has been constant this isn't enough we need more conversations for our entire team. Realistic goals and expectations are key for people to succeed.

      - I'm a skeptical person, but I truly respect our leadership including our CEO, CTO, and CRO. - Great culture of hard workers that can always help you do better. - A+ product that brings extraordinary value to customers. - Cross-team collaboration that allows you to truly understand how a business can become successful. - No limitations on career progression as long as it is merit-based.

      Cons

      - You should expect to work longer than a 9-5, but it's a blessing that everybody just wants to learn about ZenProspect!
