      Pros

      Nimble but mighty team who is able to pivot very fast and execute extremely well. Entire team is filled with A players who are excited to have an active role in transforming the industry with an in-demand platform. Foundations are solid. Platform is more stable than ever before and internal processes have come very far over the past year. Founders are visionaries with always having the end user in mind. Innovations here are always customer-driven.

      Cons

      Lots of changes are normal part of any startup. There has definitely been a noticeable difference to how we used to handle change versus how we embrace change now. For those who can weather change, this is awesome. For those who can't/don't want to, this can be hard. The company is relentlessly revolutionizing the market and is doing well because the current team is able to see that and take the proper steps to do so quickly.

      Pros

      I absolutely love working here. The leadership team has done a great job of valuing smart, hard-working individuals who are also a joy to work with. The team has been growing quickly without losing the values that have made it so successful so far. There is a great amount of career development and the team truly cares about your goals and ambitions.

      Cons

      I have been sitting here trying to think of something that I truly dislike, and I really can't think of anything that I would want to change.

      Wonderful people, tough culture

      Pros

      All of the people I worked with during my time at the company (almost 2 years) were incredibly talented and very pleasant to work with. I grew a lot and learned a lot from everyone who was involved with the projects I worked on. I also made connections that I'm certain will prove to be valuable as I progress through my career.

      Cons

      Funded companies in the tech space often move really fast which is nothing new. However, it seemed to be generally accepted that you frequently would need to sacrifice your nights and weekends to accomplish the ambitious goals being laid out by leadership. After almost two years of producing high-quality work at scale, I became too burnt out to continue with the company.
