Pros

1. World class product. Even the 3 or less starred reviews mention how amazing the product is, so that says a lot 2. There's still a handful of talented hard-working individuals who joined Apollo early on and work as it's foundation. These A players are the keys to any business, not your B or C players 3. Learning from mistakes. All start ups make mistakes, and Apollo does try to avoid repeating those

Cons

1. It's a start up, and being a start up isn't necessarily a "con" or bad thing, but ups and downs come with the territory. You need to be resilient, and you need to learn how to focus your time and energy in improving matters vs. gossiping or complaining. If you've never worked at a company with less than 50 or 30 employees then I would recommend taking a good look at yourself to understand how much you're willing to give to a company before joining. Everyone focuses on unicorns, payouts, and rainbows, but every start up who "made" it had their fair share of ups and downs through the process. 2. Sometimes quick to question without having knowledge or taking the time to understand what's in question.

Pros

I hand picked ZenProspect when applying for new jobs coming out of another startup, because it displayed all the characteristics I wanted: more than one founder (speaks volumes about culture), less than 20 people (clear opportunity to take initiative and add value), and a product I could confidently back (came from a sales role, and this product seemed made in my dreams). I found all those in ZP. Moreover, here are the top aspects of working at ZenProspect: - collaborative – culture is attentively shaped and maintained at ZP. We've hired smart, passionate team players, and getting to call up that mauch talent whn I need it is life changing. Things move fast, and it's not all on one person – we're a real team (which I've not seen before, and appreciate daily) - trust/potential for growth – I've never been able to stretch so much in any given company, whether large, small, old, young. The team, especially leadership, look for myself and teammates for input, and eagerly support and employ my talents. I've had the most accomplished year of so far at ZP, because of all the projects I get to pitch and take on. - positive – walking to work every morning, I look forward to seeing the team. I appreciate that a bunch of go-getters could create a safe, friendly environment for trying to do cool things in the space. You can't grow without taking (educated) risks, and it's been a good place to do that.

Cons

None, really. I work pretty hard, and the team values the outcomes and effort. Creating work that's clearly appreciated has been rewarding, despite some longer days. Also, the culture is actually healthy and wants me to have a life. The CEO said to me, "If you're tired, go home!" :)
