      Pros

      Great colleagues, everyone is super smart and motivated. Product that customers really love. Fast pace, lots of challenging work if you're looking for growth and to have an impact. Doing well when a lot of others in the space aren't.

      Cons

      Not really a con, but definitely a startup. If you're not into building and hustling, maybe not for you.

      - Apollo is very fast paced and there is constant opportunity to take on more challenges to help grow your career. - The people at Apollo are all committed to the mission of Apollo and practice a culture of collaboration. - On a really great growth trajectory, fared very well during the economic downturn for tech and continue to grow at a healthy pace. - Global company allows you to connect with coworkers across the globe. - Transparent culture, you always know whats going on from a company perspective, leadership is transparent on what is working well vs not.

      Cons

      - Company and department strategies will shift regularly, which makes it hard to understand what the true priorities are at times.
