Great Remote Culture, Fast-Paced - Know How to Set Boundaries

Pros

- The remote culture is well-executed. Most teams truly embrace flexibility, and as long as you get your work done, you have autonomy over your schedule. - Leadership is generally open to feedback and self-reflective, even at high levels, which makes it easier to share concerns and drive change. - It’s a great place if you’re self motivated and enjoy fast paced environments; there’s always an opportunity to take ownership and grow. - The company has matured quite a bit, but still operates with a startup mindset, which can be exciting if you like solving problems in real time.

Cons

- Some people struggle with remote work because they feel the need to be “always on,” especially those working across multiple regions including NAM, EMEA, and APAC, it’s important to set boundaries early on because no one will set them for you. - Prioritization is a challenge. Everything can feel urgent all the time, so knowing how to manage your workload is key to avoiding burnout. - Some leadership areas still feel early stage despite the company’s growth, and G&A teams especially need to shift from being reactive to consultative to better support the business. If you thrive in a fast moving, high growth environment and can set your own boundaries, you’ll likely enjoy working here. If you need a lot of structure or struggle with async communication, it can be challenging. Learn to manage expectations, prioritize what matters most, and take ownership of your time, it’ll make all the difference.

Thank you for your feedback and being for a member of our wonderful CSM team helping our customers to grow and excel with our product offering. Appreciate your call out on work/life balance and chance to work with talented coworkers - which we're constantly trying to improve. We're launching some new initiatives soon to give team members some extra budget to once a quarter meet with fellow employees in locations where they live close together, to grab some time for a meal/drink, which we think will bring our teams closer together - so we're looking forward to see how that new initiative is received. Also, we're working on improving our L&D strategy so appreciate you shining a light on that area for improvement. - Declan
