      Pros

      As we continue to grow I notice that Apollo is trying to learn from previous mistakes and shoot for the stars. We're still in a stage of growth but I think we're going in the right direction.

      Cons

      Sometimes things can be changed multiple times causing chaos and disarray causing more burden on the staff and you're still expected to meet deadlines.

      Pros

      Apollo.io is in a growth phase where many recruiting processes are being built out - love the building process! Great work/life balance Flexible - company encourages you to step away from your desk when needed

      Cons

      Due to Apollo still being a start up, you can definitely feel the growing pains at times with processes not fully ironed out, priorities changes rather quickly and shifting. I came from a larger company and although processes were structured, priorities did shift pretty often so that is not an issue for me, personally.

Also a HUGE SHOUT OUT for all the amazing work you doing personally to bring top talent into the company! I hear you on the need to be adaptable in a fast paced start up/scale up! Things do change quickly here and I'm fully invested in trying to bring more predictability and consistency to our hiring processes in particular, which I know directs affects your role. It's a work in progress and I think you for your patience as we continue to optimise and iterate. Appreciate also the call out on work-life balance and flexibility, two of the benefits we are constantly hearing from our employees working in a fully remote company. Thanks, Declan

      If speed and accountability aren't for you, it will be a tough place to work The standards are high and the expectations higher
