      Pros

      Great independence and ownership opportunities: The company moves so fast with such focus that you need to work with lots of independence and ownership; the company is very focused on executing, winning, and growing with the right metrics. Everything is data-driven. There is no room for opinions at Apollo. And with the right data at hand, you can even oppose leadership decisions even from the CEO (from personal experience)

      The company is growing so fast, so you need to be ready for process change and things to constantly change to improve and adapt to the market and competition

      Apollo.io is the a great sale engagement platform, be ready to be challenged at every step, be ready to learn voraciously! The company is customer obsessed and keep them first over anything else. I just love the energy and enthusiasm that each team works with at Apollo. Great leaders, great engineers, everyone is super helpful and extends their knowledge to the rest of the team, at every chance they get. Diverse team, Great perks, L&D budget, flexible working hours, generous PTO.

      Cons

      Insurance can be better. Meetings sometime can go upto 11PM.
