Below Par salary, minuscule increments, Compensation wise, way below the industry standards. Burnout is a general reality of every team. HR pulls random policies out of the hat regularly, and the new policies never prioritise employees. Apollo.io are now >400 employees, and I have never seen a company so randomly managed. Managers are often clueless about theese policies. Imagine the stress of working in a startup, along with politics and lack of empathy of a big company, thats what Apollo gives to it's employees.
