Your voice is being heard. The management is open with suggestions and process improvement ideas from their employees. The company is doing a good job with employee engagement and recognition. Their appreciation and care for every employees is very important and much appreciated.

Cons

You need to be always up on your toes and nimble as the company is very fast-phased.

I love working for Apollo! The work culture is very welcoming. I appreciate how transparent the entire company is. You would always have an idea of where the company is standing because everything is an open book. What's incredible though, is they support work-life balance and they trust that you'd be responsible and take ownership of your work. Working with a team from all over the world is also a huge bonus!

Cons

Sometimes you do miss being in an office since we work from home.
