Pros

I hand picked ZenProspect when applying for new jobs coming out of another startup, because it displayed all the characteristics I wanted: more than one founder (speaks volumes about culture), less than 20 people (clear opportunity to take initiative and add value), and a product I could confidently back (came from a sales role, and this product seemed made in my dreams). I found all those in ZP. Moreover, here are the top aspects of working at ZenProspect: - collaborative – culture is attentively shaped and maintained at ZP. We've hired smart, passionate team players, and getting to call up that mauch talent whn I need it is life changing. Things move fast, and it's not all on one person – we're a real team (which I've not seen before, and appreciate daily) - trust/potential for growth – I've never been able to stretch so much in any given company, whether large, small, old, young. The team, especially leadership, look for myself and teammates for input, and eagerly support and employ my talents. I've had the most accomplished year of so far at ZP, because of all the projects I get to pitch and take on. - positive – walking to work every morning, I look forward to seeing the team. I appreciate that a bunch of go-getters could create a safe, friendly environment for trying to do cool things in the space. You can't grow without taking (educated) risks, and it's been a good place to do that.

Cons

None, really. I work pretty hard, and the team values the outcomes and effort. Creating work that's clearly appreciated has been rewarding, despite some longer days. Also, the culture is actually healthy and wants me to have a life. The CEO said to me, "If you're tired, go home!" :)

Pros

I am so fortunate to have found ZenProspect! You cannot beat the people, the culture, or the work/life balance ZenProspect gives you! I have never worked with a more hard-working, talented group of people! I look forward to coming to work every morning. We are building a customer-centric product and are really focused on making sure that we deliver what we promise. We have amazing leaders who really care about their employees, as well as having a clear path as to where the company is going and you have the opportunity to really make a big impact here. ZenProspect promotes inclusiveness and offers a ton of fabulous perks. We also have a terrific interview/recruitment process that gives you a full understanding of the people, business & role prior to joining. The new hire welcome company gifs are my favorite :)

Cons

I'm sure there are negative moments, but I haven't experienced any yet. I've worked at a handful of start-ups. They could all learn from the culture here.

Pros

ZenProspect is the all-in-one startup that stands above the rest. The culture is carefully curated, the product is an amazing solution and the leaders are mindfully interested in you as an employee. From the inclusive office atmosphere to the raving-happy clients, this startup has it all. We're well funded with great investor support, the current team is full of heavy-hitters with a work ethic unrivaled by most and we're growing so fast! I thought my last gig was great until I had this as a comparison and I have to admit, I'm challenged and fulfilled every day. Looking forward to being with ZP for the long haul. Oh and yeah, the office is dog friendly so that sold me a bit (don't even have a dog).

Cons

The perks are lean (respectable for the stage of company) and there is no encouragement around remote-work culture like at my last company.
