He communicates with us often to share his vision, plans for achieving our goals, and to listen and respond to any questions or concerns we may have. In addition to the success of the company, Krishna truly cares about the well-being of his employees. He is genuine, honest, exceedingly competent, and has the confidence of the entire company.
AO has a fantastic corporate culture. We all work hard and have plenty of autonomy. You are simply trusted to get your work done and everyone that I work with delivers without fail. There is an openness to problem-solving that I’ve rarely seen in other companies throughout my career. There is plenty of opportunity for growth and development and I work on challenging assignments.
The AI industry is hot! and it feels amazing to be a part of it while working for such a great company. I go to work every day believing my efforts and talent are making a very real difference as we accelerate humanity into the next industrial revolution.
