Pros

Flexible work hours; friendly environment; you'll feel like family; lots of work; exciting work; you will enjoy the work it will feel like your life's mission to help App Orchid succeed instead of it just being another job; you will learn and grow tremendously; colleagues/managers will push you to improve on your skills and as a person; everyone cares about you and your well being; the company will invest in you just as much as you invest into the company; plus much much more, and at the end of the day you will walk away feeling happy and eager to return to work.

Cons

Personally, there aren't many cons, or there are probably no cons at all. Ultimately it will depend on you to determine if App Orchid is a suitable work place.

Pros

i have been in the tech industry for almost 15 years and I have even worked for one of largest software companies in the world. Joining this company 3+ years ago was one of the best career decisions I have ever made. The organization is well run by one of the most innovative leaders in the valley and is supported by his team of brilliant developers and architects. The space we are in is cutting edge and the solutions are exceptional. On a daily basis, we have a great work environment and culture. The CEO encourages and inspires everyone to reach their fullest potential and he has been able to truly bring out the best in all of us. He supports growth and professional development and the results are tremendous. Working for this company is truly beyond anything I could have imagined.

Pros

Great family/corporate culture! The team I work with @ HQ are solid, and my remote colleagues are just as awesome. Great team collaboration and support across all departments. The technology is amazing, and it's astonishing to see how invaluable it is to our clients.

Cons

We don't get as many vacation days as European companies, but what we have is comparable to other US companies so I guess can't really complain ;)
