Pros
There wasn't a single pro working there.
Cons
Beware of fake reviews from inside the company. The owners and have a complete disrespect for their employees which is the result of their high turn over percentage. They care more about speed then the quality of their products. It's obvious they're just building the company to sell it off. The staff is primarily made up of people just starting their careers (which they take advantage of) and industry veterans that have been forgotten about and haven't kept up with the times.

Pros
Have made excellent friends and learned a lot at this company. The culture is one of sharing knowledge and spreading expertise. I feel comfortable asking anyone about anything. Upper management is very approachable. They try to be as transparent as possible. It's fascinating to learn about the inner workings of how a company is run. Free snacks, flexible work hours.
Cons
"Crunch time" happens every so often where people have to stay late to get something really important done.
