We Experience Growing Pains: As a company that is still growing so much, I definitely feel the effects of it. Sometimes processes change unexpectedly, and there's a bit of "building the plane while flying it," which can be frustrating when you just want a clear path forward. My Manager's Impact Is Huge: I'm lucky to have a great manager, but I see how a person's experience can really depend on their direct leader. Some of my friends on other teams have very different experiences, and it seems like there is some inconsistency in management styles across the company. eams Can Sometimes Feel Disconnected: As we grow, different departments can start to feel a bit siloed. I have times when it feels like my team is on an island, and communication with other parts of the company could be better. We have to be really proactive to stay aligned with everyone.
