      Great Experince but not easy to get promoted

      Pros

      AppFolio is an amazing product, with great managers and an incredible team to work with. The atmosphere is both fun and hardworking.

      Cons

      It can be difficult to move from a BDR to an AE role—even with consistent strong performance. The process usually requires multiple interviews, and you often have to be promoted to a Senior BDR role before even being eligible to apply. While that can feel discouraging, if you do make it into the AE role, it’s a really rewarding opportunity.

      Healthy work/life balance; there isn't a crazy amount of pressure to get things done quickly. Deadlines are the exception not the norm.

      A lot of people are remote
