You do not get paid nearly enough given how well you are expected to perform and how much work you are expected to do. During my interviews, I was told raises and promotions would come frequently, however, that is not the case. They do not promote or give raises, regardless of how well you perform, and you are left feeling overworked and underpaid all the time.
