      Cons

      It's hard for me to give a true downside.. even after being here 4+ years. No company is "perfect", but AppFolio has been the only company that I've worked for in my career to truly walk the walk with their values & put their people first in every decision they've made.

      Leadership recognizes and rewards hard work. If you show an interest in learning new skills or processes, you're encouraged to pursue those learning goals. Managers support projects and fun activities between departments, promoting diversity of ideas and shared knowledge.

      Cons

      There is always work to be done, and it needs to get done whether or not there is time in the work day to complete it. This leads to longer hours, which is not reflected in the compensation.
