      - Strong and collaborative culture - Growing company - Very stable business - Transparent leadership

      Cons

      - Not much in terms of employee development. You have to go and teach yourself or join in some learning opportunities during your lunch break. - Growing pains: a lot of manual work that could easily be automated by having better systems in place.

      Amazing people, amazing leaders, a solid product and opportunity all over the place. Our company is growing and it feels like the best days are ahead.

      Cons

      Growing pains for sure as well as the need to stay super agile on changing priorities across our business. What got us here won't take us there so being prepared for more change is critical and times uncomfortable.
