      Pros

      Working with really smart and fun colleagues on interesting, challenging, and impactful data projects. A fun culture and excellent leadership I enjoy working for. Frequently recognized for my work, both with shout outs and very competitive compensation.

      Cons

      Projects can drag on and take a lot of time. You're empowered to take things a little easier at other times in the year, but there's no denying there are points where things pile up and take a lot of time and attention.

      Modern tech stack, great people, surprisingly interesting problems to solve and very close relationships with customers. Opportunities to move horizontally and vertically within the organization. The continuous investment in AI and engineering processes, as well as strong and authentic leadership will set it up for great success.

      Cons

      Depending on the team somewhat bloated and complex code base, leading to slow release cycles.
