      Strong leadership team makes sense where we are all taking the company

      Cons

      The leadership team rarely makes it out of Santa Barbara. It would be nice to see the executive team in Dallas or SD

      Pros

      High-growth environment. Incredibly collaborative culture. Customer obsessed. Amazing people. Leadership has done a phenomenal job over the past few years guiding the org through the usual pains that come with rapid growth, and we've emerged a stronger, more efficient, more aligned organization with the ability to deliver impact at scale.

      Cons

      Not a con per se, but we're not a startup anymore which inherently means slowing down on some decisions. The tradeoff is we have the ability to deliver impact to huge numbers of customers.
