      You're right - companies do grow and change over time and we aren't a startup anymore. We do work to stay true to our core values and principles as we grow and there are many great benefits to being part of a company at our current stage. If you're not finding the right match to our environment and have constructive ideas I encourage you to share them with your manager. A key factor in a successful career is owning your own destiny!
