Pros
I've been at Appfolio since late Nov 2022 and I can not be happier to work for Appfolio, Thye put their employees and customers first, there's transparency throughout the business and there are always ppl here to help you especially if you just ask. I do not mean to sound overall positive but its just the truth if you have worked at a crappy sales company Appfolio will almost feel like a vacation while you are at work, and that's primarily because of the culture, the work environment, and even the approach they'll use to train you here. Overall its a great company and I see myself here for the long haul
Cons
There are minor cons in various segments but I will speak to SMB sales only, I wish we had more partnership deals that allowed us to properly game plan with our BDR'S but other than that the company is great.
