Pros

Great benefits, awesome co-workers and office space.

Cons

Training makes you feel like you back college but you get no degree in the end. The pay is definitely up with the industry standard and you'll get paid more at a different company for doing the same job or less.

Pros

I worked for the Investment Management product so this review is based only at that department. It was a great place to start a career coming out of college. - Strong company culture for the first two years I worked there and felt like the management of the marketing team genuinely cared about your well being and ability to succeed based on work ethic and professionalism . - It felt like we were all united and excited to see the product grow and succeed. This was special to be apart of, in the beginning - There are some genuinely great, moral people that work there and care about the team

Cons

- The sales team's ethics and morals completely disintegrated over the last year thanks to lazy management and a lack of monitoring or enforcing of the round robin (our lead system). - BDR's and AE's form alliances for leads coming in (outbound or inbound) which renders the round robin completely useless and ruins any system of equity in place. If you actually try to do things by the books, it's nearly impossible to hit goal. - Sales managers have known about this for months and done next to nothing about it. When asked why your name doesn't come up on the round robin they say "it's not broken", knowing full well that there is cheating happening. - When others have had to ask why their name doesn't show up on the round robin, managers tell them "well there's other reps who can closer faster and you're good at self sourcing". As if that's somehow ok to directly effect someone's ability to make money and not tell them about it until they've asked. - Doesn't feel like the managers actually know how to lead AE's who are earlier on in their career. My previous manager said to my face that they "didn't know how to help" me. It's demoralizing and feels like they ride and rely on the coat tails of more senior reps. It's not their job to tell you step by step what to do, but they should at least be able to help you beyond simple KPIs. - There's three sales managers and all are men. It would be nice to balance this out with more female management at some point. - I watched an AE get caught red handed with cheating and taking accounts away from different AE's that should've rightfully been working them. Rather than take appropriate action on this, this person actually received a huge shoutout from management for the numbers they were hitting at our monthly / quarterly meetings. That should tell you everything about where management's heads are at. - low pay that is not competitive
