      Not enough focus on work - too many management layers

      The people actually coding and building products are awesome

      Cons

      Too many managers, directors, VPs. We need more people actually getting work done and building things rather than scheduling meetings or redoing group visions for the 100th time. At this point all the management layers are slowing us down trying to appear busy rather than letting us move faster with AI. The executive team is good, I’m referring to everyone in between executives and IC in all of product dev including product, engineering and UX.
