AppNeta reviews about "work environment"

I saw a recent review and it prompted me to do the same. I joined in past year and have found AppNeta to be far better than I expected after looking back at earlier GlassDoor reviews. Changes across the company feel material compared to stories I'm told from the early days (haven't seen any of that behavior since I joined). I do see many people being recognized for their efforts and it seems like there are nearly as many promotions as there are new hires joining the company (which is a lot!). There are many young/new managers here, but that feels well balanced with other managers with more experience and I like that tenure isn't a fixed bar for promotion. Performance and consistency seems to carry the day here. I also appreciate being able to approach both peers and management of all levels with ideas and being taken seriously. Love the proximity to South Station. I never have to drive to office or worry about parking. The Boston office manager is the best I've ever seen and is genuinely concerned about providing a good work environment. Great snacks and food too!

Friendly work environment and teammates

The management team at AppNeta really cares about the employees and are always looking for different ways to improve employee happiness. It is a fun environment to work in especially since we are growing at such a quick rate. AppNeta generally does at least one company wide fun event quarterly, along with bi-weekly lunches and weekly happy hours. AppNeta also gives back to the community with quarterly volunteer activites along with seasonal food and clothing drives.
