Great benifits, good environment, direct management are great. Scholarships and college tuition discounts with several schools. Discounts at other places like sams club, dollywood, etc.

Cons

Insurance only works at arh sometimes, not great at giving raises, no career development assistance once you get a degree. Retirement is not great.
