Large system with small comapny feel

Pros

There is a sense of community and comradery at ARH that is rarely seen in systems of similar size.

Cons

ARH is a unique system that can appear a bit disorganized. Its hospitals are rural which is a whole new world for someone with an urban or midsize town background. It takes some acclimating.

benefits, very considerate in approving vacation/pto time. You are not pressured to do ore work than you can comfortably do.

salary not very competitive - need more incentives to stay working for this company
