Pros
-Chances for upward mobility and resume building are available if you are good at your job and try for them -There are raises every semester -The company works with your student schedule -The work is fairly easy and does not interfere much with your school and social life -You get to work with fun full-time employees and student employees -Gives you a chance to get to know the business half of the university -Ample positions to give students an opportunity to work while in school
Cons
-Number of positions for promotion are limited -Pay raises are small -Supervisors can be harsh
