Pros

Nice professionals in the field, great outdoor environment. If you get bored with all the outdoor opportunities, you are cheating yourself out of even more beautiful nooks and crannies of the Appalachian Mountains.

Cons

Issues of misconduct were swept under the rug. Funding battles meant I lost benefits. Grad Assistants are that weird middle ground of older than undergrad student, but not really regarded as true staff. The acadademics are suffering yet student fees cost more than tuition, meaning more "fun things" to keep students occupied. They need to go hiking instead.
