Very political campus Everyone knows someone...the "small people" can't get ahead The drama is like being back in high school My director is sexist - has written up women and not men for the same offenses; chooses men for advancement opportunities There are clear favorites, and if you aren't one, you have no opportunity for advancement

Pros

You'll be working with some of the most educated and talented people in the High Country. Beautiful mountain landscape, beautiful campus, competitive salaries for the area, free classes for employees and state benefits that will take care of your family.

Cons

This organization is extraordinarily siloed. At previous organizations, I worked with other departments/teams on a regular basis. That has not been the case here. There is bureaucracy, politics and lack of motivation to streamline processes and/or leverage technology in order to work smarter, not harder.
