The cheap meal plan and gym access

Cons

They put all over the place. Once you get comfortable in an area you get moved again. They do not care about what you wan. They are controled by money and politics.

low intellectual curiosity very, very, parochial too little diversity no interest in research little transparent procedures, especially when it comes to spending too many searches ending up hiring the local candidate
