Work-life balance/hours are reasonable Good benefits and office amenities like gyms, cafeteria, good views, unlimited PTO, happy hours, pond to walk, snacks, etc. Empowering culture, management really emphasizes the value of each of employee and how they want everyone's voices to be heard A lot of learning/growth opportunities to build skills and advance your career

Cons

5 days a week in person can be a con for some, but this was pre-covid reality so can't blame the decision. Full time in person is definitely better for learning opportunities, especially early on in a career, but one remote day could be nice

Appian really is a great product run by some very intelligent people

Cons

leadership is on a hamster wheel so there's no security, no stability and the ship feels like it's sinking faster than it can be rebuilt.
