      Pros

      Good place to learn the ins and outs of the financial services industry. Work from home capabilities. Good health insurance coverage. Tuition reimbursement (great for smaller community colleges). Busy work environment.

      Cons

      Salary is so low that it is insulting (even after many years of employment) Emails/texts/chats/calls go unanswered for weeks at a time, regardless of the countless follow-ups. Horrible Favoritism. (Requests have been denied while others have been granted for the same item and for the same purpose). Growth opportunities are rare . Suggestions have been countlessly shut down - even in meetings in front of other people. Lack of appreciation, recognition, respect or gratitude.
