      fast promotion track, excellent training

      Cons

      horrible pay/compensation and expensive benefits, no concern to care for employee and no addressing requests for competitive pay or other perks (like health reimbursement), plus the new president is 30something year old son who inherited the company, he does not know what he's doing.
