      Pros

      Positive company, receptive and available leadership, great continual training classes and seminars, full benefits, 401K, decent based salary, plus good commission structure.

      Cons

      It is a high stress job, you are plugged in from the moment you start, until the moment you leave. There is always a high sense of urgency for everything. This is not the companies fault, that is simply the way staffing is.

      Pros

      I worked with some great people. All of the staff was supportive, friendly, and helpful at various locations and employment levels.

      Cons

      A lot of the methods are antiquated. The company is still in the "pick up the phone and make some calls!" mode, even in this digital age where there's no need for that. An unnecessarily extensive training program that doesn't allow you make commission while you're in it. Benefits could be better, but they're not terrible.
