      Pros

      Great way to experience multiple companies, the recruiters work hard to find companies that you can interview for before you start work.

      Cons

      bad idea if you do not enjoy being a temp worker, you get treated very different on the jobs due to the fact that you are a temp, and recruiters will not have your back if they're customer has something negative to say about you even if your not the problem, recruiters will side with client before siding with their employee

      Pros

      They had me working within 24 hours of submitting employment testing & paperwork. They have also worked to eliminate any gaps in employment due to contracts ending. So far, I have been really pleased with the efforts they have made on my behalf.

      Always seem in a hurry to end conversations or informational calls..

      You do get paid on time

      Cons

      No work life balance and long hours in the office and then again at home pulling down resumes and talking to candidates/clients after hours. This is a churn and burn environment.
