Pros

Nice offices, conveniently located to major freeways. Tons of training, sometimes a bit excessive but management loves to pitch the latest and greatest. Automated systems from application process, timecards to almost paperless with reports, etc. Founders Club incentive, nice vacation spots all paid-for you and guest. Well recognized name within communities and organizations.

Cons

Too many meetings to discuss how you should do your job, what you could do better, how to achieve more sales and bring in better applicants but never actually allowing you enough time to do your job. Upper management leads with an iron fist and have a 'do as I say not as I do' mind set. Long, long, long hours and can't leave unless your manager feels like you've done your job or they make you feel like you've committed a crime. Management is very negative and the weekly performance reviews are meant to pump you up but they do a very poor job at it. Management needs to be trained on how to be positive and better leaders. Tons of unnecessary documentation. Employee benefits are not great at all, very expensive to cover 1 other person besides yourself, let alone a whole family.

Don’t do it - pyramid scheme

Pros

i don’t even know, if i had to say one it would be that my co worker was very sweet

Cons

where to even begin, -micromanaged -unrealistic KPIs -830-530 (because they don’t count the hour of lunch - which there is no work/life balance) -awful benefits -very low salary for the work that is put in -very out dated systems/computers/company culture when you work as a recruiter in a “smaller” town that AppleOne has already been established in, it’s nearly impossible to get your own client lead (which effects your very unrealistic monthly KPIs) it gives off huge pyramid scheme vibes and your manager(s) are the only ones awarded for it. when i say this is the worst job ever, it is the WORST job ever. i would rather do unspeakable things instead of ever accepting this job ever again. this company is the reason why i don’t trust recruiters/recruiting companies years after working here. one example, they have “fun” competitions between the recruiters to see who can get the most good reviews from people, so any “good” reviews you may see are most likely not genuine. just don’t it, i’d rather work anywhere else. it was absolutely miserable.

Pros

It is like you are running your own business. Great training, aggressive commissions, and diversity is embraced.

Cons

Regional V.P.'s tend to allow people who are a poison to all other employees to stay because of the money they bring in for any branch they oversee. Some times they make up their minds about something without having all the information.
