Pros

I am no longer contractually bound to them

Cons

They keep nearly half of the rate they charge the employer as an "administrative fee". They charged the company $42/hr for my services, but I only made $24/hr. They arbitrarily charged 2 months of invoicing when I was hired permanently after my 30-day temp-to-hire agreement, claiming it was industry standard to collect on their temps for 3 months prior to hire. No such contract was ever signed by the employer or myself. I had two reps in the past 5 years whose combined effort amounted to 2 interviews and 1 year of employment total. In other words, they took longer to get me a placement than the placements lasted. My previous rep had me placed within 3 weeks and when that placement was going nowhere, got me no fewer than 10 interviews before a placement that lead to a 4-year run before the company went under in the pandemic.

Pros

The commission is there if you want it (to an extent), depending on which location you'll work with some good people. The South Orlando location has a better team with more friendly- employees, and they're just more pleasant overall. I may have stayed longer if I worked with them.

Cons

They try to sell you on the team dynamic and how close knit everyone is, but they've all been together with each other for 5 or more years, so you walk into a clique. They said that I'd grow and develop so much in the role but really, I was just staffing enormous headcounts as quickly as I can. The way to excel is to kiss the behind of your leaders, they need the ego boost and if you give them that they'll in turn treat you a little better. That wasn't really my speed so, I was always frowned at.

Pros

- I got some decent recruiting experience. - Potential to make decent money, but comes with a cost

Cons

-Managers micromanage like crazy. -KPI's are unrealistic for most people, and almost all the KPI's are numbers that don't make any difference on actual results. -I was actually very good at getting people jobs, but was still let go (for not hitting the other crazy numbers) right before I completed 6-months there, which is when PTO eligibility begins -Way too many meetings
