      Pros

      The employees that have been there longer then 3 years are great they know the business. They have been dedicated through all the changes and have tried their best to keep this company going.

      Cons

      There is no direction from upper management. They don't care about their employees or clients.

      Flexibility, broad exposure, internal systems (computers) pretty good etc.

      Cons

      Bullpen open space for work - "tethered" mentor calls, lack of accountability to candidates

      Pros

      If you like fast-paced, you won't be bored ... that's about it. There is a career path, but so many old-timers still sitting in seats it might be a while.

      Cons

      Their business model makes it hard to produce the #'s they require; which makes it hard to make the $$$ you were told was possible. Your staffing/sourcing, cold calling, trying to get placements (either temp or perm), trying to get new job orders/clients AND also, answering the phones, doing administrative paper work and spending time interviewing people you will probably never help get a job due to poor skills.
